International orders outside of the Continental United States are subject
to applicable overseas shipping charges.
Changing/Canceling an Order
We offer no refunds on items purchased online.
If the order has not been shipped, we can offer you an exchange or store credit for the amount of your purchase.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) (or if you receive a damaged or incorrect product), you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for an exchange or store credit.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes personalization of any kind.
All returned merchandise to be exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, and unused with hang tags still attached. The item must be in its original condition. Any clearance, sale, personalized, custom orders will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of an our error on our part.
